Dearborn Barry Properties

Dearborn Barry Properties has developed 16 residential properties in Rye, New York, Greenwich, Connecticut, New Canaan Connecticut, and Chicago, Illinois.  The design of our projects is strongly influenced by historic architecture by William Delano, David Adler, and other gilded era architects.

Delano Place, Greenwich, CT

Delano Place features 2 townhomes in the heart of central Greenwich, CT.  Inspired by the works of Gilded Age architects William Delano and David Adler, unique architectural details abound in this new construction project built by Dearborn Barry Properties.



All cabinetry was designed by Dearborn Cabinetry, and is fully custom.














Here is the kitchen in the East Unit.

The kitchen isn't huge, but packs in a lot of conveniences, including 2 dishwashers, built in microwave, alcove for television, 48" double oven range, prep sink, mini fridge, and a counter eating area!

The prep sink area is designed to function as storage for fine china, and also as a mini-bar.
